Planner Plus - Daily Schedule, Task Manager & Personal Organizer App Reviews

I am having nothing issues with this app. Whenever I try to make events, they wont save. Sometimes when I type numbers in, it puts the next number over. I would love to use this since PAID for it. But right now it makes me want to throw my brand new computer. :/

I have recently purchased this program and cant get it to work properly. I have emailed them four times and no response and the only way to contact them is by email. My freind has the program and it works well for him which is why I ordered it. Having this experience with the company turns me off and if I dont get a reply in the next couple days I will cancel my purchase on MC and will not recomend the product because of the indeffence of the company.

I have Planner Plus on both my iPad and my iPhone - I am satisfied with both apps. I love that my tasks all sync through dropbox, and it works wonderfully. Why doesn’t the desktop version also sync my tasks?! Apple created beautiful calendar interfaces for iOS and OSX, why do I need a less impressive version for my desktop? I want all my tasks and notes to sync across all my devices, is that too much to ask!?

I’m using the iphone, ipad, and desktop apps. They sync perfectly. Finally a way to have your daily notes, tasks, and schedule all together. There are a few minor tweeks I’d suggest to make it even better - but for now it’s still more than I had with Apple’s ical, notes, and reminders. I’ve emailed suggestions to support and they replied within a day or two. Not the cheapest solutions out there but at least it works!

Alternate sync options to Dropbox would make this App better. iCloud or WiFi sync are preferred. Search option for notes would improve the app.

This program is nothing more than a to do list, contrary to the promotional material. I would advise against buying it as customer service is non-responsive once the product has been purchased.

I would advise against paying for this app. I wish I could have my money back, as for a $20 app it does not work very well. If you add an event directly from the monthly calendar view it clears whatever you have put in, and will reset back to “new event”. Constant glitches all around, and works about the same as a free calendar, maybe worse!

I wanted an app that would sync with all my devices. I paid for it for my iPhone. It said I needed another app for the computers I use. I paid another $20. When I went to put it on the other computer I had to pay yet another $20. When I finally contacted them, they said I shouldn’t have had to pay. When I asked for my money back, No reply after several attempts. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I can’t see spending $60 for a virtually useless app. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Like most things, this app has a few short comings but recognize what they are and there is always an acceptable work around which soon becomes “the norm”. A bit pricey but I’ll stick with it. I would reccomend it for its ease of use and friendly interface.

I just wanted to reinforce how terrible this program actually is. By all means do not buy this. The planner is essentially EXACTLY the same as the design of the Free Calendar support that comes with your Mac. The only difference is the ability to add notes / tasks in a to-do list type formate beside your daily schedule - which would be an improvement if this product actually worked well. The main reason this program is horrible has to do with the inability to easily edit the tasks you’ve created. Not to mention, once a task has been created you are UNABLE TO DELETE IT USING THE PRODUCT. You actually need to open up the calendar that the program is referencing and delete it there. It’s just a poorly designed and thought out product that will bring you nothing but regret for purchasing it. I have no recommendations for what to use instead - but anything, including a traditional book, would be far superior to this hunk of garbage. All I want is my $20 back - and I know that will never happen. Don’t make my mistake - look elsewhere.

I was very dissapointed with this app. It cannot sync with google calendar and it can’t even sync to the mobile app (it syncs with dropbox which is pointless). This is a necessity to have syncing capabilities! I got this app just so that I could sync between devices. Apps that are free or $2 work better than this. Fix this immediately, and I know you have the money to do it, since you are stealing from us, really.

This app is the closest thing to a real paper daily planner on the iPad. i tried to use the mac version to sync with iPad one, but this is no sync management option!! its 2014! (notes wont sync. haven’t test Task & Calendar) No notes sync option make this app completely useless for me, since there are other apps does better jobs. the only advantage i see it is its great layout on iPad. with no sync, if u lose your iPad, u lose your data.(notes) the “Planner Plus” system needs improvement.

iPhone and iPad “Planner Plus” app can sync and show iOS reminders, but Mac version will not sync with Reminders Therefore there is absolutely no way we can use and rely on Planner plus to cater for all. Mac, iPad adn iphone “Fantastical 2" provides sync wuth calendars and reminders, very usable but planner plus is better on display iPhone 、iPadにも同じアプリがありますが、Mac用のアプリだけiOSのReminderとのシンク機能がありません。よって３つのハードウエアでシンクさせて使うことはできない。 余計な手間をかけて、MacだけReminderを個別に使うことになる。その点、「Fantastical 2」はカレンダー、リマインダーともシンクできる。 見栄えはこちらの方が手帳感覚で使えていいのですが・・・・

i have been using tihs program with my ipad for about 1 year and it is so useful for me. because i can arange both task & notes and calender together. that’s why i have installed this program also to my mac; but i can not sync tasks and notes with my ipad’s planner plus and i cannot find any help topic about this problem but i can say that it is so absurd not to sync this programs i could use my calender as well

Cant type any event properly. Can’t move taks and events by dragging them to different time or day. Very poor UX, not user friendly. You need to buy this app separately for every device. This app is not worth any money.

Why Notes and Tasks are not syncing with iOS apps?

I really just download the trial versions or free software, but I liked this so much, I purchased it. I am so glad I did, it does everything I need and some things I didn’t know I needed.

The only thing that this app adds to the already-free Mac OSX Calendar program is the ability to add notes/tasks/projects, specifically, the tasks/projects tab. With that being said, those features are the most underdeveloped part of this app. Utilizing these functions is time consuming and non-intuitive. With that being said, the app as it stands right now is pretty much a glorified version of Apple’s Calendar, but unfuriatingly so because I had to pay money to get it. With that being said, I think the app has a lot of promise, but it has a long way to go. Making tasks and managing projects needs to be the main focus of updates on this app. Without these options it isn’t worth paying for, especially considering the price. Hopefully, since I already paid for it, these features will be updated and improved in the very near future.
