Planer plus

I have recently purchased this program and cant get it to work properly. I have emailed them four times and no response
and the only way to contact them is by email. My freind has the program and it works well for him which is why I ordered it. Having this experience with the company turns me off and if I dont get a reply in the next couple days I will cancel my purchase on MC and will not recomend the product because of the indeffence of the company.
