Disappointed

Tried emailing the company first as requested above, but kept getting “delivery fail notifications” so I figured I would post my email/complaint here:

"I am growing disappointed in your PlannerPlus for Mac desktop app. I regret spending so much money on this because the iCalendar is more user-friendly. I should be able to easily copy and paste events, but there is no way to do this without setting up a repeating schedule which isn’t always appropriate for my schedule. In addition it does not always save changes I’ve made or repeatedly creates an event from, say, 7a-7p when I have repeatedly put the end time as 5pm. I cannot trust that the schedule I look at is going to be accurate with triple checking after each even is created. And even minutes after the event is created it will randomly disappear. What the heck?! For $20 there should be more fluid functioning. I have tried quitting and restarting the app several times, but it is always the same problems. I dare not delete the app and reinstall it because I tried that too and lost everything. Please correct these bugs and inconveniences ASAP or out of respect for future customers I will have to post this review to warn them."
