Awful customer service

I was so excited to purchase this app. I was ready to be super organized with the beginning of the new semester, so ready that I purchased both the Mac app and the iPhone app so I could sync. So far I have been unable to put anything into the Mac app because it says I must select a calendar first, but when I go into the settings there are none to choose. The iPhone app works alright, not particularly impressed with it. It would be more helpful though if I could sync it to my Mac. I’ve synced both apps to my dropbox, but still haven’t gotten either of them to sync.

I wrote all of this first in an email to the support team. The first time they took a week to email me back and gave me no relevant information. They just told me to sync to dropbox which I told them I had already done. I replied to them 3 days ago and have not gotten anything back.

Extremely disappointed in this app and their customer support. Waste of $29.
